I made this one-of-kind gift with a large ceramic hanging heart and some permanent vinyl. Notice how some words are blue/purple/pink holographic and change color in the light (see video). The ceramic is very thick and solid, a full 1/4-inch thick. I also added a thick coating of glossy sealant to protect it and make sure the vinyl never comes loose. 
This would make a wonderful Valentine's, Wedding, Anniversary, or other gift, sure to be cherished forever. 
Approx. 5.25" wide, 5.5" tall (ceramic part), .25" thick.
